Smoked turkey, or a festive vegetarian nut roast
served with creamy dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal winter greens, slow-braised red cabbage, traditional bread sauce, cranberry sauce and rich gravy.

Dessert
Warm sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream.
