Welsh Spirits, Cocktails & Artisan Cheese

Join us for a special evening celebrating the very best of Welsh spirits and artisan cheese, in the company of Da Mhile, home of organic Welsh whisky and spirits.

Led by Da Mhile’s head distiller, you’ll discover the stories, ingredients and craftsmanship behind their collection of spirits, from gin and rum to brandy and Welsh whisky. Learn a little about the distilling process, what makes each spirit unique and the passion behind this family-run Welsh distillery.

And, of course, there’ll be plenty to enjoy along the way. Sip your way through three specially crafted signature cocktails, accompanied by a delicious selection of cheese tasters from Caws Teifi Cheese, their sister company, renowned for its award-winning Welsh cheeses.

Found something you love? A selection of Da Mhile spirits and Caws Teifi cheeses will also be available to purchase on the night, perfect for taking a little taste of Wales home with you.
